Tsue The Palace Flats Aparthotel Sao Paulo

We had a wonderful stay here. The location is very convenient, with a major shopping center just a short distance away. It's also very close to the airport, making it incredibly convenient for travelers. We were impressed with the variety of amenities offered in the rooms, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring that all of our needs were met. We particularly enjoyed the dining options, with a restaurant and bar/lounge area on-site. The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of options. The hotel also offered great leisure facilities, such as a sauna, swimming pool, and sun terrace. we highly recommend this place to others.

If we had to mention one downside, it would be that soundproofing could be improved. However, despite this small inconvenience, we would still recommend this hotel to others.

The hotel lacks English, speaking staff at the reception, causing difficulties in communication. the hotel does not have a kitchen or basic kitchenette for self, cooking, despite being listed as a self, catering accommodation.
